Unleashing the Power of the Aries Super Moon and Its Energetic Influence...

Aries Supermoon means that it is closest to our Earth intensifying the energy of the Moon. It will appear huge in our skies tonight and tomorrow.

Aries Super Moon ruled by Mars has us taking some deep dives within..

I write this on the eve of the Aries Full Moon marveling at the timings and how the cosmic energies always translate to our energetic bodies on Earth. As above, so below. The Moon is currently in watery, sensitive, emotional Pisces next to Saturn so today may have us tending to jobs or the parts of ourselves that need a kick up the butt to get going! The Moon is sitting in my third house of Pisces - the third house is writing, teaching, publishing. Pisces is spirituality, flow, oneness, healing and trust. The urge for me to write and teach meditation, spirituality and the cosmos has been so amplified these past two and a half years with Saturn moving through it. Saturn is the kick up the butt that we often need to step into something new or put structures in place to make it happen.

Today I write with lots of my own examples of how Astrology plays out in our lives and the soul invitations that nudge us all. As always we have free will and choose our own destiny by making our own choices, we are free to choose our own paths even if that differs from the original cosmic plan!!

In some cosmic way you have already chosen to read this or follow me in another life time. We choose before we become Earth side our partners, our children, in fact our whole lives are known to us in the cosmic realms before we are born. Why - to learn from the past, to stop repeating traits, behaviors or ancestral patterns for our soul to evolve to remember our cosmic divinity. But as humans we get really bogged down in life, by our feelings, fitting in, our fears limiting us and the belief systems we have learned or been taught that it casts a shadow over who and what we can really be.

If you read my last blog (please do!) I wrote about the 'shadow sides' of ourselves. Those traits about ourselves that we hold so deeply in our psyche and subconscious that we may not even realize what they stem from. These are the parts of ourselves that we hide from others for fear of being seen and judged. Examples of shadow side can be narcissism tendencies, control, manipulation, white lies, guilt, shame, rage, self loathing, greed, sexual suppression, harsh judgment of others. Also our shadow side can contain our personal power such as independence, sexual liberation, creativity but where this may have been shut down or oppressed by others so we hide it deep within for fear of being seen.

Our shadow sides if unhealed, un- recognized or acknowledged can play out in emotive reactions in our everyday lives such as explosive rage, reactive anger, greediness, arrogance, self righteousness, entitlement, sexual inhibition, negative self beliefs, feelings of deep shame or blame. These are just a few common ones. I'm sure you get the picture and can think of some of your own if you sit and reflect. Repeating situations that cause you to react are usually a big clue.

So why am I writing of these deep buried wounds embedded in us on this gorgeous holiday. Because this Full Moon is a beam of light shining on us to help us see what limits us. Aries is our sense of self, our ego, our identity - also our courageousness, assertiveness, our mojo and personal power. I see so many of us limit ourselves and think we are not worthy or confident of our own power through self sabotage, others words to us or the trendy imposter syndrome in our minds ready to shred our worth. This Aries Moon powered by its warrior like ruler Mars will help us start to see and kick that imposter syndrome to the curb. Mars energies SLAY

Here's where it all comes together like a story..

I also wrote in my last blog of Mars moving through Libra August and September -this was showing us what was making us irritable AF and what wasn't in balance in our lives especially around our personal values, and relationships. It exploded out with rage, irritability, deep seething anger of what was not fair and just for us. OR if you are an evolved soul it gave you courage to activate and tend to what wasn't in harmony. Side Note the Sun is in Libra now doing also this but spotlighted moreso under this Full Moon.

Well now Mr Mars has entered his power house of Scorpio- this is the Underworld of the Zodiac, the sign of truths, transmutation and transformation. Scorpio IS OUR UNDERWORLD and Mars here is like a shot of Valium to take us there. The problem is we don't like going there because its deep, its unknown, it exposes us and gives us some home truths about ourselves that we may not want to see. These next few months and especially when the Sun enters Scorpio IS our time to see what is coming up for us, to notice when we project these traits of ours onto others, to cut ourselves some slack which can then unlock so much hidden potential within. These are the energies of truth, of the unhealed parts of ourselves that we hide but what if you let yourself feel this and transform yourselves from some of these???

Look to where Aries is in your chart. My Aries is in my fourth house of Ancestry, the home and family, the mother line, intuition... a little share of mine that has recently cropped up is, I have always when younger been afraid to be lean into my spiritual side. Raised a strict catholic which in itself ingrained a lot of self worth limitation and beliefs, guilt and shame. I hid so much of myself and did things that weren't really aligned with me to try to fit in and not appear weird or too woo woo. I have a deep fear of abandonment and don't take rejection well but I hid these as well. I can have a deep distrust of people.

The last month I was unwell with laryngitis (throat chakra shut down!) been feeling irritable, restless (mars energies) but had this huge energetic push to visit my place of birth in Toowoomba with my mother. Amongst other things on this trip, I discovered my Great Grandmother was a psychic but lived in fear of her visions and was quite the recluse. It was like a lightening bolt that dropped down on me with the understanding that my ancestral mother line carried the Witch Wound of fear, isolation, abandonment, persecution and god knows what else. I was engulfed viscerally in so much grief, so many tears for the cosmic gifts my mother line has held but had to suppress. This is what the Moon in my fourth house of ancestral knowledge is showing me. These 'feelings' if I had suppressed them would have just kept repeating themselves in some way over and over again in my life.

The Energies are hard right now but they are telling us stories about our inner world if you use the courage of Mars to open yourselves to them. Mars has a cutting away quality and I use his energy to cut cosmic cords and ties to old karma, soul contracts or any other vows and agreements that I have taken in past lives or this life. This is such powerful release work. Without going deeper into all the planetary alignments there is enough happening right now that is bringing up a lot of feminine rage and where the feminine in ourselves has been repressed. This will especially show up in Perimenopausal and post menopausal women and also Men around 49-52 but there is also a lot of healing energies here if we surrender to them and integrate these shadow sides of ourselves into our every day lives.

For me... no more playing small in this life. I am here to teach and be my authentic cosmic witch self.

I have been doing my own healing of the mother line for around 3 years now and some of the things that I have cut energetic ties with are: early Widowhood - my mother and 3 grandmothers lost their husbands early, there is bowel cancer - the base chakra of support and safety, suppressed emotions that then manifest as sickness in our physical bodies, there is arthritis - fear of going forward, rigidity in beliefs, there is heart conditions - deep grief and loneliness, there is lack, suppression, sexual suppression and so much more. But I have been healing and cutting these karmic cords with my motherline with love and tenderness for myself and for my own children. It's big and its deep but this is the timing we are in to shed and evolve. I have literally healed my knee pain just by doing this!!

Full Moons are always a time of Release and Forgiveness

A simple healing statement of release could go something like this for you..

"I no longer wish to hold in my physical, mental, emotional and energetic body any thing that limits me from my highest divine potential. I now release all outdated beliefs and limitation within myself that are not for my highest good. I release all karmic and soul contracts that no longer serve me for my and others highest good across all time lines and realities. I forgive those who have hurt me and send healing energies to them and myself, I forgive myself and love myself. I forgive myself and love myself I forgive myself and love myself. I choose to be a divine being of divine loving consciousness and ask the light of the divine to surround me with loving guidance and protection for my highest good"

You can then add anything that you personally want to be released from - from people to emotions or situations. It really is so so powerful to watch what unfolds and the energetic shifts that occur.

On a more mundane Astrological note - the fourth house is the home. Would you believe my ceiling had water pouring through it last week from the bathroom above. Saturn in my 4th house is the foundations and structure of my home. Tuesday the day of the full Moon sees the Insurance people literally shining a light to see where the water is coming from All will be revealed on Tuesday!!!
