Embracing Scorpio Energies to Navigate Truth and Shadows with Empowering Support

I write this today embodying the Celestial energies of letting go and grief. I feel so many of us at the moment are in deep letting gos and heavy emotions arising within us.
Many of you know that my gorgeous 8 year old Ridgeback Frankie has been diagnosed with aggressive bone cancer. I am in a portal of grieving what is to come but yet in a heightened state of deep stillness and awareness. I am also post menopausal and feel like I have been in portal of grieving and transmutation for quite some time.
Perimenopause will take us to the underworld Scorpionic energies, the depths and truths of ourselves regardless of what sign the Sun is in. However when the Sun enters Scorpio constellation its an invitation to become deeply aware of what is arising in you. The last few weeks have had Mars, Mercury and Black Moon Lilith moving through Scorpio joined by the Sun and Moon today. These are our personal planets so this energy will be showing up for you in deeply personal ways.
But here's the thing we don't like to go deep. We've been taught the dark is scary, to put a smile on your face, to just get on with it', don't be a Debbie downer ( sorry Debbies of the world) We feel guilty for taking up too much space. We may feel its perceived a sign of weakness if we speak into how we really feel. When we have been conditioned to this or had emotionally unavailable parents we take all of this on and feel uncomfy when the darker sides of us start to rise. And this believe me rises again and again until we recognize our negative patterns and learn the lessons of our shadow sides.
It's when we create stillness and spaciousness for ourselves that we become aware of what our hearts and psyches are telling us.
Scorpio is the Archetype of Death, Transmutation, Our Deep Subconscious, Cutting Away what no longer serves.
Its highest energies are Metamorphism, Change, Truth, Emotional Intelligence, Intensity, Patience, Resilience, Sexual Freedom, The Occult and Taboo, The Magic of the Underworld. Rebirth I always say its like ripping the band aid off.
The Lower Energies or Shadow Energies are Control, Power, Oppression, Suppression, Manipulation, Abuse, Victimhood, Ancestral and Karmic Wounding, Hidden truths and secrets
So you can see Scorpio alone is a lot to unpack - its the process of confronting and integrating these darker suppressed sides of us that leads us to greater self awareness and peace within.
Mars is the ruler of Scorpio and when Mars shows up here, its an invite to cut away, burn the old, have the courage to go deep and confront those secrets within us. When we don't these emotions run so deep that they show up as irritability, lack of self worth, shame, guilt, emotional outbursts, rage, control, deceit to ourselves. And remember this is happening to all of us at the same time so others will be projecting what they are feeling as well as your own. It's intense!!
The other Celestial Energy of Black Moon Lilith is also in Scorpio. In Greek Mythology she was the Goddess that refused to be subservient and banished to the Underworld. She represents the Untamed Feminine but also primal feminine rage of abandonment and sexual suppression. She shows up in our Astrological Natal Chart as the parts of us that we have felt jealousy, bitterness, ashamed, shamed, ridiculed, deeply misunderstood, excluded, sexually inhibited and many more shadow parts of ourselves.
When she transits in Scorpio its's going to nudge and poke our deepest parts of ourselves - from the Patriarchal Rage that lives within us, to the Trauma we hold in our bodies from our Ancestors and Motherline. All parts of ourselves where we have felt we have lost our voice and afraid to voice what is really within. I just had to take a big exhale after writing this!! And in Perimenopause to Menopause is when a lot of this "stuff" comes up for us that we often need support with. It takes us to the underworld of ourselves so can fully see those lost parts of ourselves and reclaim them.
With all of this Heaviness - There is light - literally - for us right now in the form of a beautiful Water Trine in Cancer , Pisces and Scorpio. These are the Water signs of Feeling and Emotion. This harmonious Trine is supportive for deep emotional release and truths arising within, of putting our needs and self care first, of no longer being delusional or avoiding. This water energy is dissolving energy. Last blog I included this release statement that you could add in anything that is coming up for you.
"I no longer wish to hold in my physical, mental, emotional and energetic body any thing that limits me from my highest divine potential. I now release all outdated beliefs and limitation within myself that are not for my highest good. I release all karmic and soul contracts that no longer serve me for my and others highest good across all time lines and realities. I forgive those who have hurt me and send healing energies to them and myself, I forgive myself and love myself. I forgive myself and love myself I forgive myself and love myself. I choose to be a divine being of divine loving consciousness and ask the light of the divine to surround me with loving guidance and protection for my highest good"
The Harmonious Energy incoming is also in the form of CI Atlas - an interstellar huge mass of Light and Energy that they don't know where it has come from or why. It has just swiftly appeared into our galaxy and it believed to be billions of years old. Cosmically I think this is incredible in this year of 9 as this Giant Ball of Energy Comet (they don't know what it is so lets just call it that for now!) as it passes through so many of our constellations. Right at this moment it is almost as close to the Sun as it can be so the Energetic Strength of this Cosmic Object is all powerful if it can survive that close to our Sun. It then passes Mars and Earth around late December. It feels to me like it is upgrading all of us to higher wisdom, higher energies of divinity and understanding. I feel it is here to Wake us all up from the Scorpionic energies of those who have Power and Control over the world!!
The Dreams and downloads I have been having in my stillness have been so loud. I was told that to absorb these Incredible Light Rays Of Energy we are to close our eyes and stare at the Sun in the early part of the morning and imagine that light moving into your Third Eye Chakra and then down your whole body. With this light you can project it anywhere in your Physical, Emotional, Mental or Spiritual Bodies.
So til next time, be kind and gentle with yourselves. You are always supported by loving cosmic energies. Allow what is heavy to arise and journal what you are feeling. Find circles of support and like minded people.
