Are you ready for the 3rd, 4th and 5th waves of New Energy ?

Today is the New Moon in chatty Gemini ♊️ so lots to talk about.

Mercury, Geminis extra chatty Cathy Ruler is also in Gemini ♊️ PLUS super giant Jupiter expander of all energies is also in Gemini ♊️. That is a whole lot of Gemini ♊️ Energy !!

Gemini is an Air Sign - our mental energies, our communication, our thoughts, our teachings and learnings and conversations. Gemini poses a LOT on its very ownsome but to have this stellar line up of planets this week, is Gemini on steroids and more!! And whilst I know my soul energy needs to write this today, I recognize within myself my mental energy is tired!!

The Shadow side of Gemini is overwhelm in thoughts and energy, inability to make a decision, so many things on your plate you don't know where to start, mentally exhausted and burn out, tricky self talk that is more harmful than good. And I don't know about you but every astrology or energetic post I see is about this New Moon is Fresh New Yous/Change/New Beginnings etc etc and this menopausal woman on this new Moon is exhausted reading about it all. I then start to second guess myself, asking am I doing enough, what else should I be changing, am I on the right path, am I procrastinating - believe me I have had all the feels with this one!!

Then instead of doing, doing doing - I sat with myself and celebrated my small wins and realized that is enough. We don't need to make monumental changes, sometimes its the smallest of seeds of change that grow into beautiful Magnolias. Today I am celebrating showing up and writing this honest blog. Today I am proud of myself for instigating enquiries into a website change that is aligned to my values - it may not happen straight away but just a few emails have planted my seed of change. Today I am tuning into the dark moons energies and being more introspective than extrospective.

New Moons can take us into the dark, the shadow sides of ourselves for awareness and tending to, so if you're not feeling the exuberance of all the 'fresh newness' on the socials, but instead tired and mind fried, that's OK!

Journaling your new seeds of intentions and desires is just as powerfully energetic as doing them.

Time out for inner reflection on a New Moon is ALWAYS the best medicine for a busy mind.

Saturn our third Gas Giant moved signs from Pisces into Aries on Sunday.

This energy is 'what do I have to do to get the job done'

What have I been avoiding that now needs some work?

What baby steps can I take to be perhaps more self disciplined/realistic/mature?

Saturn moving into Aries is not going to be 'slap us in the face energy'' . It will build and morph over the next 2.5 years, its a slow burn literally. Aries is fire energy, fast, impromptu, impatient and risk taking. Saturn is SLOW, mature, calculates decisions with reason, patience with enduring stamina, it is NOT the risk taker so you can see, there is already oppositional energies at play that we have to balance. I believe that Saturnian energies are our biggest teacher of life lessons and karma. If you're a Capricorn rising like me you will know all about this!!

Pay attention to what is happening now for you and the past few months as Saturn will regress back into Pisces to clean up any unfinished business with personal boundaries or things we have been avoiding from September 2025 to February 2026 then coming back into Aries for good on the 14th Feb 2026.

I truly believe this is when we will start to see the growth of our dreams and desires.

The 4th planet out of 5, Jupiter will also change signs from Gemini to Cancer 10th June and then Uranus into Gemini on the 8 July ! I'll write more on this in my next blog but these next couple of months as these planets are at the first degree point of their new signs are activation points of new cycles in our lives.

So YES you will read, tik tok and listen to 'Release release release and change change change' and yes, they are somewhat right but its not going to happen overnight. In fact this energy will go backwards and forwards all of 2025 and won't start to bloom until 2026 and beyond!!

So be kind to yourselves, try not to get swept up in the white noise, take time to listen within for your heart led answers not what someone elses new online course or ebook has to offer.
